About the Founder, Mai
Mai is a business owner and an experienced nurse. She is a woman who believes in the power of beauty.
Before becoming a female entrepreneur, she devoted her time to being a full-time nurse collaborating with medical professionals and working in different hospitals. Now, as a multi-hyphenated woman, she balances her medical and business responsibilities, training more medical professionals, doing hospital duties, and handling a successful aesthetic brand. She found her meaning; she’s meant to find her purpose: to merge beauty and science.
She embarked on this journey to become an aesthetician with only her passion and dedication. Her journey was not an easy one, but here she is. Luxe Lips Specialists is born, a cosmetic injectable brand that believes all kinds of beauty are empowerment.

Hi, I’m Isabella!
I have been working as a registered nurse for the past 6 years in a range of roles from theatre to General Practice.
I have always been drawn to aesthetics and I’m passionate about helping people feel confident so I combined my love for all things skin and became a cosmetic injector!
In my free time I love spending time with my partner and two dogs, getting out of the city camping and enjoying time with friends.

Nurse Kristabelle
Hi, I’m Kristabelle!
I am a Registered Nurse and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2006. I have been practising for 15 years now and have worked in medical, surgical, obstetrics and critical care nursing. I have spent most of my years working in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
I always had a strong passion for aesthetic nursing. I completed the course, had my training and received my certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. I strongly believe in continuing education, hence I will keep myself in the loop with the newest techniques and procedures to provide the best treatment and service I could offer my clients.
Since joining Luxe Lips, I have jumped right in doing continued treatments of cutting edge non-surgical methods. I always manage my clients with genuine kindness and respect. I also make sure that I provide an individualized approach in treating my clients, addressing their specific concerns. I am incredibly devoted to helping all my clients gain more confidence by having them look and feel their best!❤
When I’m not at work, I usually spend time with my family. I am married and a mother of two beautiful children. We love to travel and kids always love to visit the beach.😊
Nurse Ella
I have been a nurse for 15 years, and have been an instensive care/critical care nurse for the past 10 years. I hold a Masters degree in Advanced Nursing Practice, a Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
I have completed aesthetic injectables training and continuing to learn and refine my skills in this ever-evolving industry. I enjoy enhancing an individual’s natural beauty and helping people feel more confident about themselves.
Outside of work I love to travel as it brings me joy and gives me perspective. I also love gastronomic experiences – who doesn’t love amazing food?!
