Beariz Diopido

Beariz is organised and at ease when there is plenty happening around her, but she never brings that sense of hurry into a consultation. In making connections, she is deliberate about slowing down: listening carefully, answering each question and making sure you feel comfortable before moving forward.

A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from RMIT, Beariz has completed clinical placements across aged care, mental health, surgical and renal settings. Caring for people with varied and complex needs has strengthened her ability to notice small details, adapt her approach and stay attentive to how someone is feeling throughout their care.

Beariz believes good nursing is grounded in service. She listens to what you want rather than assuming she knows, communicates openly and explains your options in a way that feels clear and easy to understand. She takes hesitation seriously and gives you the space to ask questions and make decisions at your own pace.

Outside work, Beariz enjoys Pilates, travelling, discovering Melbourne cafes and spending time with family and friends. Cooking and baking suit her meticulous nature: she enjoys experimenting, refining and getting the details right. Alongside nursing, she continues her studies, driven by the same discipline and curiosity she brings to caring for others.
