Your $25 credit lands automatically in your account once your friend completes and pays for their first eligible treatment. Your Luxe Lips rewards card shows your credit the moment their payment processes, ready to use on your next visit.
What does my friend get when I refer them to Luxe Lips?
Your friend gets $25 account credit, confirmed once they complete their first eligible treatment, ready to use on their next visit. It sits in their Luxe Lips rewards card as soon as they register via your link or QR code. It shows as pending until their first treatment is complete.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer to Luxe Lips?
There’s no limit. Share your referral link or QR code with as many people as you like, earning $25 for every genuinely new client who completes an eligible treatment. Each referral tracks individually in your wallet, so multiple pending and confirmed credits can sit on your account at once.
Can my friend use this if they've been to Luxe Lips before?
Unfortunately, no, the Luxe Elite Invite is reserved for genuinely new Luxe Lips clients only, meaning someone who hasn’t previously booked or paid for a treatment with us. If your “friend” has an existing client record with a completed treatment, the referral won’t be eligible, regardless of how they registered.
Can I use my $25 credit with another Luxe Lips offer?
Not on the same visit – your referral credit doesn’t stack with other active promotions or discounts. You can still use it on a separate, full-priced eligible visit; it just can’t be combined with another offer applied to that same appointment.
Does my Luxe Lips referral credit expire?
No – once confirmed, your $25 credit stays on your account indefinitely, ready whenever you’re ready to book.
What counts as an "eligible treatment" for the referral program?
An eligible treatment is one of our cosmetic treatments costing $500 or more that your friend completes and pays for on their first visit, with suitability determined at consultation. A consultation alone doesn’t qualify, the referral credit only confirms once payment for the actual treatment has gone through, since that’s what verifies a genuinely new client.
Can I refer a family member through the referral program?
Yes – family members are welcome under the Luxe Elite Invite, the same as friends. The only requirement is that they’re a genuinely new Luxe Lips client who hasn’t previously booked or paid for a treatment with us.
